The Clear Creek Park Amphitheatre is located in Clear Creek Park, a wonderful local state park facility in Shelbyville, Kentucky.

We are a new company working for non-profit status,  last year with help from the Shelby County Community Theatre, the Clear Creek Park Board and the Shelbyville Rotary Club we received an Arts Build Community Grant in order to produce our very first outdoor drama, Squire Boone; Carved In Stone.

The show last year was a total success.  With the script, written and directed by Daniel Nation and a set built by Bob Gotten and Scott Nation we had a very well put together theatrical space.  Several community members were involved as cast and technical positions of the show.  The show went off without a hitch and we ended our season in the black.

Now we are in pre-production for the second season of Squire Boone; Carved in Stone.  The script is going through several rewrites and sponsors are being considered for modifications to be done to the amphitheatre space.

Additionally, audition spaces are being looked at for our upcoming season in Louisville, Lexington, Shelbyville, and Frankfort.  For more information please visit the Auditions Page.
